Bjarni Bent Ásgeirsson
Bjarni is a seasoned travel professional with over 10 years of experience. He previously worked as a travel consultant, organizing some of the most exquisite private tours available on the market. In 2019, Bjarni decided to pursue his passion for luxury travel by founding his own travel agency. With a bachelor's degree in sales and marketing, Bjarni’s greatest passion lies in serving people and making their travel dreams come true.
He is a happy father of two children, and in his limited free time—mornings or weekends—he enjoys cross-country running, playing golf, and fly fishing.

Hafdís Tinna Pétursdóttir Vignir
Tinna is responsible for managing the company's finances, ensuring that all payments are made on time. She is a proud mother of two and enjoys spending her free time golfing. Additionally, she is a former ski instructor, bringing a strong work ethic and attention to detail to her role. Tinna's dedication helps ensure the smooth operation of Iceland Explore, making her an essential part of the team.

Asgeir Guðmundur Bjarnason
Asgeir holds an Master degree from CBS and has a strong background in IT. In the 1990s, he worked for Oracle, and from 2000 onwards, he held various management positions in IT companies across Iceland.
In 2009, Asgeir transitioned into the travel industry when he co-founded and served as CEO of Corivo, a software company specializing in solutions for travel agencies. His passion for travel has always been a driving force. A few years ago, he began guiding tours and eventually decided to leave the IT sector to fully pursue his love of travel.
His greatest joy lies in organizing memorable tours that focus on the "wow" factor, paying attention to the small details that make each trip truly unforgettable.

Agga is an IT expert with a passion for travel. She is the backbone of our team, ensuring that guides and operations run smoothly and efficiently. While her professional life is rooted in IT, her true passions lie in traveling, golfing, skiing, and fly fishing. She also serves as the chairwoman of the board, bringing her dedication and expertise to everything she does.
